Outside of business hours: Send us an email. In case of emergency: Go to your nearest ER or GP, they will get in touch with with Vista Clinic for Dr Jerrie or doctor on call.

Calls: Due to high call volumes, we are not always able to attend to your call. Please phone us back or send us a message via email/WhatsApp.
WhatsApp: High WhatsApp volumes does not allow us to respond to all queries immediately. We check or message daily.
Email: Emails may be attended to in 2 business days.
Account Queries: Please email all account queries to Betsie at accounts@drjerrie.co.za. She will attend to your query within 48 hours.
Clinical Reports: Clinical reports assisting with treatment are dealt with asap. Clinical admin reports (Work/insurance etc.) have a wait time of up to 6 weeks. Please contact us in advance when you require these types of reports. Dr Jerrie does not do medico-legal work. Assessment/consultation for reports (Disability/Incapacity/Fit-for-work etc) for new patients, is not something we assist with.
