The Anxiety GAD7 Screening Assessment gives Dr Jerrie an indication of your perceived levels of anxiety. Anxiety can mask or model the effects of other disorders. For this reason, it is a great starting point to see what your anxiety levels might look like.

Anxiety disorders can cause rapid heart rate, palpitations, and chest pain. You may also be at an increased risk of high blood pressure and heart disease. If you already have heart disease, anxiety disorders may raise the risk of coronary events.

NB – The Anxiety (GAD7) is not a diagnostic tool and cannot be viewed as conclusive unless discussed with your clinician. It is a screening tool and completely one sided. A limited frame of reference, state of mind and intentions can skew the results. So please take time and be at a place where you will no be disturbed, most of all be honest when completing the questions.
