ACE Questionnaire - Dr Jerrie in a Nutshell

The Adverse Childhood Experience Questionnaire for Adults, (ACE-Q) looks at which common difficult childhood experiences you may have experienced in your life before 18. As humans, our health and well-being are both affected by our relationships and experiences that happen throughout our lives. Most of us experience difficult situations during childhood. The experiences listed below may have had an effect on your health, or may in future have an effect on your health. By answering the questions as honestly as possible, you allow Dr Jerrie to better understand you and treat you.
