Medical Emergencies: Go to your nearest GP or emergency room. Other Situations: Leave us a message on our answering machine, or a whatsapp message, and we will get back to you within our business hours.
Feedback Times
Due to high call volumes, we are not always able to attend to your call. Please leave a message with your name, number and query. We attend to our answering machine on a daily basis.
Emails may be attended to in two 2 business days.
High WhatsApp volumes do not allow us to always respond to your query right away. We attend to our WhatsApp’s on a daily basis.
Appointment Information
Times:
-
- First appointments with Dr Jerrie are an hour (60 minutes) long.
- Follow-up consultations are half an hour (30 minutes) unless Dr Jerrie specifies otherwise.
- Family consultations, spouse or other family members joining the session, are an hour (60 minutes) long, and need to be booked in advance.
Cancelation Policy:

- Appointments cancelled less than two (2) business days in advance are liable for consultation fees.
- Should you want or need to change your appointment, please phone or WhatsApp us at the numbers specified above.
