Executive Business Coaching
“Be the best you can be.”
Such a cliché, but secretly we all want it. However, how do I achieve this without burnout? How do I reach this without neglecting my family? How can I be my best if I am not sure who or what I want out of life or what I am good at doing?
Most of us have not been exposed to every situation possible to know who we are and what we want. Because of this, we use thought-provoking and meaningful conversations to explore your strengths and growth points. We will journey together to explore, understand and grow YOU. Together we will craft a strategy to strengthen your strong points and efficiently apply them in your business area.
Preparing for and managing a new promotion or a life change can be tricky and challenging. Our coaching can assist you with strategies and a game plan to handle these new phases in your life. In addition, these strategies will support your personal development and business success while you enjoy the journey.
Business Coaching helps you develop your strengths and growth points better. We partner with you on a journey of exploration, understanding, and growth through thought-provoking and meaningful conversation.
Business coaching helps you to grow personally and professionally while enjoying the journey.

Team Coaching
South Africa has some of the most diverse teams in the world. According to research, diverse teams are more creative when they work from their strengths.
Teams are complex and exciting systems with their own character and vibe. Together we can understand your team better to help grow the business success that you aspire to.
We assist teams with team culture and organisation culture alignment. Mergers and acquisitions may create stressful and disruptive environments for organisations.
The Coaching Process
Before you start business coaching:
-
- Identify two or three possible coaches and have an explorative session with each to identify the best “fit”. Then choose your coach.
- Clarify the boundaries around coaching and your work.
- Get approval from your work if they are paying. In these cases, a clarifying three-way conversation with your direct line manager or HR department with your coach helps to identify the boundaries and expectations for the coaching sessions.
- Review the documentation that we will send you to work through.
- The documentation assists you in setting the goals for your coaching and setting out what you would like to achieve.

During

- Coaching usually lasts six (6) to ten (10) sessions, but it is reviewed regularly for effectiveness and outcomes.
- For mutual convenience, we will book follow-up sessions in advance at pre-agreed intervals of about three to four weeks.
- The first session is there to determine the overall agenda for the coaching. We will focus on how to attain the best outcomes for you.
- Together we will partner in the process through questioning, feedback and creating a safe and confidential space where you can explore your strengths and growth opportunities.
- During the process, you will receive an anonymous survey to give feedback on the coaching effectiveness.
Finishing
-
- We will review the success and outcomes at each session to keep us focused on our agenda.
-
-
- A three-way conversation between you, your direct supervisor and myself will review the effectiveness of the coaching if your organisation is involved as a sponsor or at your request.
